Role Description:
- Lead engineering projects shaping user experience across Harvey products including Assistant, Vault, Workflows, and integrations with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- Build new interfaces for collaboration with AI for lawyers and organizations.
- Lead end-to-end UI development from scoping to deployment.
- Architect reusable components and evolve the internal design system.
- Optimize frontend performance and ensure reliability and security.
- Mentor peers through code reviews and documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Develop high-performance React + TypeScript interfaces using TailwindCSS.
- Collaborate with design and backend teams to shape APIs and UX.
- Maintain high standards in design, architecture, and code quality.
- Support enterprise and regulated environment requirements.
Requirements:
- 12+ years of experience in product-focused frontend software engineering.
- Proficiency with React, TypeScript, and CSS (TailwindCSS).
- Experience building SaaS products leveraging PWA technologies.
- Track record of shipping intuitive, high-quality products.
- Experience working in startups or scaleups is a plus.
