Role Description: Seeking an experienced Staff Frontend Engineer to build scalable, high-performance frontend systems for large-scale SaaS/B2B platforms. The role involves driving architecture decisions, establishing engineering standards, and collaborating across teams. Software Development Engineer 4 - Frontend - Adobe Responsibilities: We are looking for an agile, quick-learning, efficient developer to join the team, located in Noida. Understand, analyze, refine user requirements and improve them into performant units in collaboration with Product Management. Develop and maintain tools to measure changes, address and optimize critical areas of the app like WebPack, service workers etc. Guard against regressions by crafting alerts using good knowledge of data and observability techniques. Explore and integrate AI/ML-powered capabilities — such as intelligent prefetching, predictive caching, and anomaly detection — to proactively improve app performance. Drive adoption of modern AI-assisted development practices — including LLM-powered tooling, copilot integrations, and automated code quality pipelines. Aid in crafting performant code, investigate bottlenecks and guide feature teams to solve performance issues. Collaborate closely with a distributed team of engineers in an Agile development environment. Provide leadership with areas/platforms and significantly contributing towards the improvements and application of sophisticated concepts and technologies. Demonstrate strong customer advocacy. Follow coding standards, perform code/design reviews and develop with high quality. Individually lead projects to deliveries! What You Need To Succeed 6 and above years of hands on development experience. B.Tech / M.Tech in computer science and engineering.
