Role Description:
Seeking an experienced Staff Frontend Engineer to build scalable, high-performance frontend systems for large-scale SaaS/B2B platforms. The role involves driving architecture decisions, establishing engineering standards, and collaborating across teams.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable, high-performance frontend applications
- Drive frontend architecture and engineering best practices across teams
- Build and evolve shared component libraries and design systems
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to deliver intuitive user experiences
- Optimize browser rendering, application performance, and responsiveness
- Define reusable patterns for scalable UI development
- Improve developer productivity through modern tooling and automation
- Drive observability, monitoring, and performance tracking initiatives
Requirements:
- 8–10 years of software engineering experience with a strong frontend focus
- Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
- Extensive experience with React (or similar modern frontend frameworks)
- Strong expertise in frontend architecture & scalable UI systems
- Experience building shared component libraries/design systems
- Deep understanding of browser internals, rendering, and performance optimization
- Experience with modern frontend tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments
- Familiarity with observability, monitoring, and performance tracking tools
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to influence technical direction across teams
