Role Description:
Develop and maintain complex frontend applications using React and TypeScript, focusing on AI-powered workflows, agent orchestration, and decision-support interfaces.
Responsibilities:
- Build UI flows supporting Agentic AI workflows (task orchestration, recommendations, reasoning steps, human-in-the-loop controls)
- Implement conversational, action-driven, and form-based interfaces for analytical and decision-support use cases
- Collaborate with AI/ML engineers, backend developers, and product managers to integrate AI agents
- Translate complex analytical and financial requirements into efficient user experiences
- Ensure frontend system performance, reliability, and scalability
- Contribute to frontend architecture, technical standards, and code quality
- Mentor engineers and participate in code reviews and design discussions
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional frontend development experience with React
- Strong hands-on experience with React, modern JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript
- Solid understanding of state management and async workflows (Redux, React Query, Zustand, etc.)
- Experience building logic-heavy, data-driven, or workflow-oriented applications
- Comfortable working with AI features (LLMs, agent orchestration, decision engines, rule-based systems)
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and frontend performance optimization
- Experience integrating frontend applications with REST APIs and/or GraphQL
