Role Description: Lead UI Engineer responsible for blockchain platform development, security, and integration within Standard Chartered India. Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain blockchain protocols, smart contracts, tokenization modules, and consensus algorithms. - Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless integration of DLT services. - Lead UI development with expertise in React, JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, and frontend architecture. - Ensure security, scalability, and compliance of blockchain solutions. - Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and implementing best practices. Requirements: - Hands-on experience with permissioned blockchain frameworks such as Quorum, Hyperledger Besu, Hyperledger Fabric, and Corda. - Proficiency in backend development using Python or Golang, Solidity, RESTful APIs, and microservices. - Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and deploying on AWS EKS or Azure AKS. - Knowledge of cryptography, security protocols, and system integration. - Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. - Familiarity with SDLC, Agile methodologies, version control, and technical documentation. - Ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate complex ideas effectively.
